We’re not supposed to admit that we feel spite when we best our foes, but…come on. We do. Even the most evolved among us secretly get excited when we can rub our successes in the faces of those who wish us ill; in fact, aren’t there some victories that we only savour when we know it’s going to piss other people off? In the real world, we can’t all dance around in front of our opponents gloating about our latest win. But there are other ways to let them know that we can taste our enemies’ resentment — and that it tastes DELICIOUS.
